Payment and invoicing

How ordering and payment work

1. Send a quote request with the brand, model, part number, quantity and destination.
2. We reply with availability, price and shipping options.
3. You accept the quotation and we send an invoice.
4. You pay the invoice and we dispatch the parcel.

The website does not take online payments. Every order goes through a written quotation and an invoice.

Payment methods

The accepted payment methods are listed in your quotation, together with the bank details or payment link for your invoice.

Currencies and invoices

Prices on this website are shown in US dollars where a price is listed. The invoice currency is confirmed in the quotation.

Each invoice lists part numbers, quantities, unit prices, the shipping cost and the payment details. Send us your company name, billing address and VAT number with the request and we print them on the invoice.

VAT, sales tax and import duties

Prices exclude VAT, sales tax and import duties unless the quotation says otherwise. Under DAP delivery, customs in your country charges them when the parcel arrives.
