These terms apply to this website and to quotations, orders and deliveries from GIANTESS Barcode to business customers.

1. Scope
Our offers are addressed to businesses: repair centers, refurbishers, distributors, resellers and corporate buyers. A different written agreement signed by both sides takes priority over these terms.
2. Using this website
The website provides product information for reference and sourcing. Availability, specifications and compatibility details can change, so please confirm them with us before you buy. Part numbers, model names and compatibility lists come from manufacturer documentation and our own checks.
3. Quotations and orders
A quotation lists the parts, quantities, prices, shipping method, delivery term and validity. The contract is concluded when you accept the quotation in writing and we confirm the order or issue the invoice. Prices and stock can change until then.
You are responsible for giving us the correct device model and part number. We check them against our records and tell you if we see a mismatch.
4. Prices and payment
Prices, currencies, VAT and payment methods are described on the Payment page. We ship after the invoice is paid, unless the quotation states other terms.
5. Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery terms (DAP or DDP), carriers and lead times are described on the Shipping and delivery page and fixed in the quotation. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the agreed address under DAP and DDP. Ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.
You are responsible for import rules, licences, duties and taxes in the destination country, except where the quotation says we pay them under DDP.
6. Returns and warranty
Returns, dead-on-arrival claims and warranty are governed by the Returns and warranty page.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for a defective or wrong part is limited to repair, replacement, credit or refund of the price of that part. We are not liable for indirect loss such as lost profit, downtime or repair-service claims. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Trademarks and manufacturer brands
GIANTESS and the lion head logo are trademarks of GIANTESS Barcode. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Intermec, Urovo, TSC and other manufacturer names, logos and model names are used only to identify the devices our parts fit. We are not affiliated with these manufacturers and they do not endorse our products.
9. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and the place of jurisdiction are written in the quotation. Mandatory law of your country stays unaffected.
10. Privacy and changes
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy policy. We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published on the day you accepted the quotation.
